Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nightingale Health is looking for a talented Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, possessing strong soft skills in innovation and persuasion.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in managing customer accounts and updating customer information in the database. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in creating and implementing new customer support strategies.

Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in innovation and persuasion. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
