Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team at Next Games. This is a remote part-time position located in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone channels. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Researching customer needs and concerns to provide personalized solutions. 4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 5. Utilizing effective persuasion techniques to retain and upsell customers. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong research and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
