Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team at TietoEVRY. This is a remote work opportunity based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our products or services 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 5. Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions

Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
