Job Description:
10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and managing a team of customer support representatives.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer support. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Driven and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience managing a team is preferred. - Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
