Job Description:
ICEYE is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and entry-level, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure a positive experience. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5.
