Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


UPM-Kymmene is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Providing technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our products or services. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on product knowledge and customer support best practices.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer interactions. 3. Strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools is a plus. 6. Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently, managing time effectively to meet daily goals and deadlines.
