Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer for remote work at Huhtamaki. As a customer support officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer support field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent customer support - Update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system - Proactively reach out to customers to follow up and ensure satisfaction - Work on special projects as assigned by the customer support manager
