Job Description:

Yeply is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Update customer information in the database during and after each interaction - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer support goals and metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office - High school diploma or equivalent
