Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Neste is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and provide support as needed. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Neste's high standards of customer service. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
