Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Bittium, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently and effectively. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain solid relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. 4. Regularly update customers on the status of their inquiries and provide follow-up as necessary. 5. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Confidence and passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong negotiation skills and creativity in problem-solving. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours and occasional overtime as needed.
