Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Eve-Tech is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a highly adaptable and driven individual who is able to collaborate with team members and innovate solutions for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. 6. Provide product demos and presentations to potential customers as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
