Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Canatu is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat on our website - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving - People management skills to effectively handle difficult customer interactions - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus
