Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics, a leading genetic testing company based in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Live Chat Manager will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor live chat conversations with customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting related to genetic testing services. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and feedback for internal analysis and improvement. 5. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on genetic testing trends and industry developments. 6. Provide persuasive and informative responses to convert potential leads into customers. 7. Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Energetic and passionate personality with the ability to engage customers in online conversations. 3. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate the benefits of genetic testing services. 4. Excellent research skills to stay informed on the latest industry trends and developments. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. 7. Experience working with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems.
