YIT Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our live chat support system to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the live chat operations, including staffing, scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality assurance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, response times, and conversion rates. - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver top-notch service. - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate live chat into overall customer service strategy. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat experience.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in live chat management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. - Resourceful problem solver with strong negotiation and research skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
