Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Altia is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland.

As a Live Chat Manager at Altia, you will be responsible for managing our live chat service, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. You will oversee a team of chat agents, provide guidance and support, and monitor chat performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement chat protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics and utilize data to optimize response times and customer satisfaction. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or individual for resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
