Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Representative at Swappie, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. This is a remote work position where you will be interacting with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services. As an Associate Level role, you are expected to have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide quick and accurate responses. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and order processing assistance to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Strong people management and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a live chat or remote work setting. 4. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to efficiently handle multiple customer chats simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM tools to manage customer interactions. 7. High school diploma or equivalent education level.
