Job Description:
Swappie is looking for a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related questions - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resourceful nature with a drive to exceed customer expectations
