Job Description:
Loupedeck, a leading technology company headquartered in Helsinki, is currently seeking a passionate and driven Live Chat Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through product usage. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer resolutions. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 6. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for process improvements. 7. Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills with a focus on people management and teamwork. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. 5. Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus. 7. Must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and be driven to succeed.
