Fortum is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center setting.
Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to address customer inquiries and issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries as needed - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while interacting with customers - Utilize decision-making skills to quickly assess and respond to customer needs - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent decision-making skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Adaptable and energetic personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus
