Job Description:
Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team remotely. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and professional assistance 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner 3. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address customer pain points 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits 2. Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills 3. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Ability to work remotely and independently 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools
