Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wolt is seeking a motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our users. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, resourceful, have excellent cooperation skills, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Achieve and maintain performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong written communication skills in English and Finnish - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and other online communication tools - Availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends - Must have a fast and reliable internet connection - Must possess a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work - Experience in the food delivery industry is a plus
