Account Support Assistant

ZenRobotics is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for the Account Support Assistant position at ZenRobotics will be reliable and resilient individuals who demonstrate excellent attention to detail and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing assistance to the account management team in maintaining and servicing client accounts - Managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses and resolutions - Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client projects - Assisting in the development and implementation of account strategies to meet client needs and objectives - Supporting the account management team in meeting sales targets and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in account management or customer service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus
