Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Support Assistant to join our team at Cargotec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. The Account Support Assistant will work at an Associate Level and should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client inquiries and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Prepare reports and presentations for account managers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of account strategies and goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Creativity and strong analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred
