Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Loupedeck is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position should be independent, energetic, have strong research skills, and be able to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient support to key customer accounts - Conduct research and analysis to help identify customer needs and preferences - Communicate effectively with customers to address questions and concerns - Assist with the implementation and execution of customer service strategies - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
