Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Infinited Fiber Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual with strong analytical skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients and internal teams remotely - Assist with customer inquiries, issue resolution, and order processing - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client retention and growth - Manage customer communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Confident and motivated attitude with a strong desire to help clients succeed - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
