Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Glue Collaboration is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and concerns - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training and support as needed - Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional client service - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
