Job Description:
As an Account Support Associate at Inscripta, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts and relationships - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Prepare and process orders, invoices, and contracts - Coordinate with various departments to address client needs and concerns - Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Assist in creating reports and presentations for client meetings - Support the team in achieving sales targets and goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and adaptable mindset - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills
