Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Oura Ring is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience in account support or customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident and resilient, with strong planning and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist with onboarding new customers and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing projects to enhance customer support - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in account support or customer service - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
