Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Turku, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology and robotics.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide ongoing support to ZenRobotics customers remotely via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Conduct research to stay updated on ZenRobotics products and services. 5. Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for customer support procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Resourceful and confident in solving customer issues. 3. Creativity and leadership qualities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn. 7.
