Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Account Support Associate at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from home. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their Oura Ring products.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner 2. Troubleshoot technical issues with Oura Ring products and provide solutions 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on Oura Ring products and services to provide accurate information to customers 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Confident and motivated personality 4. Strong adaptability and planning skills 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location 6. Reliable internet connection and appropriate work space for remote work 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
