Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Vaisala, a global leader in environmental and industrial measurement, is seeking a dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Espoo, Uusimaa, while still being an integral part of our global organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive growth and revenue - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide product information - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Passionate and driven attitude towards customer success - Excellent negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings or conferences
