Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Account Support Manager to join our team at Bittium in Turku, Finland. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Coordinate with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth - Provide support and guidance to clients on product offerings and services - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management - Work with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 7 years of experience in account management or sales support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
