Job Description:
As an Account Support Manager at Konecranes, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and account management to our clients in the Turku area. This part-time position requires a high level of adaptability and the ability to work independently, as you will be responsible for managing your own accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for growing accounts and increasing revenue. 3. Provide timely and accurate support to customers, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating updates on orders. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and develop leads for the sales team. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. 6. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. 7. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 3. Excellent research abilities to gather and analyze market data. 4. Hardworking and proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
