Job Description:
Elliptic Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management and customer support. As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs - Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Proactively identify and address issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations - Track and report on key account metrics, such as usage trends, satisfaction levels, and renewal rates - Contribute to the development and implementation of account management strategies to grow revenue and increase client retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to anticipate client needs and opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management and customer support, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Resilient and dedicated personality traits, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and success - Critical thinking and persuasion skills to effectively address client needs and challenges - Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines consistently - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
