Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Vaisala is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide regular reports and updates to management on account activities and performance - Act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns - Conduct regular meetings with customers to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
