Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Eve-Tech is seeking a passionate and energetic Account Support Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts - Provide support to clients in a timely and professional manner - Manage and resolve customer issues and inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze account data and create reports for management - Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent presentation and communication abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly - Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
