Job Description:
Enevo is seeking a highly motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. This role requires someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar position, with a Mid-to-Senior Level of seniority.
As an Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients - Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients - Providing training and support to clients on the use of our products and services - Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve our offerings and enhance the customer experience - Reporting on key account metrics and performance to senior management
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in an account management or customer support role - Confidence and independence in managing client relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer issues - Ability to think innovatively and provide creative solutions to client needs - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
