Job Description:
Nightingale Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their goals and objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and KPIs - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
Requirements: - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles, with a minimum of 6 years in a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges - Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and market trends - Hardworking and confident attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
