Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at Vire Labs. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require 1 year of experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account-related inquiries and issues - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and solve customer problems in a timely manner - Use persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
