Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Cargotec is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, the Account Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the account management team, including data entry, report generation, and communication with clients. 2. Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and contracts. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure timely communication and follow-up on client inquiries. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships. 6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for client accounts. 7. Handle any client issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong people management and adaptability soft skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
