Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Yeply, a fast-growing company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating personal information or processing payments. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 3. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 4. Strong soft skills, including creativity and negotiation abilities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
