Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Beneq, a leading company in the field of thin film technology, is seeking a passionate and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking - Collaborate with sales team to develop strategic account plans - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations - Attend trade shows and events to promote company products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strategic planning and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
