Account Support Representative

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position is perfect for a confident and hardworking individual who is looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues - Assist in the development and implementation of customer account plans - Conduct analysis on customer data and provide insights to improve account performance - Manage projects related to customer account support, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work well in a team setting and independently - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - No previous work experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
