Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Louhia, a leading company in the Turku area, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident and hardworking, with excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in the coordination of customer projects, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal teams. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Handle customer inquiries and issues, escalating as needed to ensure excellent customer service. 6. Support the Account Manager in developing and executing account plans and strategies. 7. Attend client meetings and conferences as needed to represent the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Confident and hardworking attitude. 3. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
