Job Description:
Eve-Tech is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This position is ideal for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with account management, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns - Assist with managing client accounts, including processing orders, creating invoices, and updating account information - Work closely with the sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth sales process - Collaborate with various departments within the company to address client issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity to effectively communicate with clients and find solutions to their needs - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
