Account Support Representative

Job Description:

SingleStore is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess the personality traits of resilience and drive. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong soft skills in strategic planning and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support and service to existing clients. 2. Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, resolving billing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. 4. Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to assist in strategic planning. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and loyalty. 6. Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer requests. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in account support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. 7. Resilient and driven personality to handle challenging customer situations.
