Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Smartly.io is looking for a part-time Remote Account Support Representative to join our talented team in Espoo, Finland. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual who is adaptable to change and possesses strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills - Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of energy and adaptability to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
