Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team at Beneq in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Analyze account data and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creativity and effective communication - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
