Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with Wärtsilä, a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and inquiries - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with account management tasks such as billing, invoicing, and contract renewals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Availability to work part-time from a home office
