Job Description:
10Monkeys is currently seeking an energetic and adaptable Account Support Representative to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with product demonstrations - Handle billing inquiries and processing payments - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their continued satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment
